TENDRÁN CARÁCTER ADICIONAL A LOS DERECHOS Y MEDIDAS DE PROTECCIÓN RECONOCIDAS

EN LA CITADA LEGISLACIÓN. LAS CONDICIONES DE ESTE PLAN NO PODRÁN, EN NINGÚN CASO,

PERJUDICAR LOS DERECHOS OTORGADOS A LOS CONSUMIDORES POR LA LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE, QUE

INCLUYEN, SIN CARÁCTER LIMITATIVO, EL DERECHO DE RECLAMAR LA APLICACIÓN DE LAS ACCIONES

1. El Plan

Este contrato de prestación de servicios establece las condiciones de los servicios de hardware y

soporte técnico que le ofrece Apple Distribution International o su sucesor como titular (“Apple”)

dentro de los citados planes (cada uno de los cuales se denominará el “Plan”) con relación al

producto de marca Apple y los accesorios incluidos en el embalaje original (“Equipo Cubierto”)

que consta en su comprobante de cobertura (“Confirmación del Plan”).
