Installing Memory in an 8-Core or 12-Core Mac Pro

comewithatleastfour2GBDIMMsinstalled.Youcaninstallatotalofupto32GB
ofmemory.
It’simportantthatalltheDIMMsinstalledinyourMacProhavethecorrectspecications.

To install memory in a dual-processor Mac Pro:
1 ShutdownyourMacPro,openit,andremovethesidepanel,followingtheinstructions
in“OpeningYourMacProonpage33.
