Capturing Images

When you bring images onto your Mac, you can immediately see the benefits of

using Mac OS X v10.3 “Panther.” New in Mac OS X is Image Capture, which is both an

integrated, systemwide framework and an intuitive application for capturing images.

Image Capture can simplify your workflow and save hours on every project.

First, Image Capture is an application (located in /Applications) that, among other things,

lets you set your preferences for capturing and tagging images. Images captured with

Image Capture are automatically color-managed.
